We don't post pricing online because we do need to customize pricing a bit based on the usage. If you have 3 locations and 20 people, your rate is going to be much lower than someone who has 1 location with 350 people in it. Our pricing is right for 98% of businesses (unfortunately we can't do this for free, so we aren't able to line up with that final 2%). We provide services for businesses as small as 5 users and as large as over 28,000 users! (no joke)
We love working with small business owners. Our company was founded because we saw small business owners getting ripped off over & over again by shady technicians or left with no support at all by computer support techs who just disappeared randomly. To date, 95% of our business is from referrals (word-of-mouth). We have one of the few open-door policies that I know of now - no long-term contracts. We believe that if you are not happy with our services, we do not want to force you to continue using them. We do require a 30 day notice prior to stopping services, but that's it. We do not lock you into 1-3 year terms. We do not force you to give 3-6 months notice. We want you to be happy and feel good about our partnership.
